In this episode of The Art of Being Well, I sit down with Jenny McCarthy—actress, bestselling author, and founder of Formless Beauty. We explore her journey from Hollywood to health advocacy, including her son’s autism diagnosis and the moment she knew she had to share his story. Jenny opens up about her wellness philosophy, her experience with the elemental diet, and the growing conversation around forever chemicals in beauty products. She also gives a behind-the-scenes look at her time on The View and The Masked Singer. If you’re curious about clean beauty, holistic wellness, or just love Jenny’s unfiltered honesty, this episode is a must-listen!
