Satisfy your sweet tooth, support your metabolism

Serves 6-8 / Prep: 10 min / Freeze: 3-4 hours

Base

Use organic ingredients please

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 2-3 drops liquid monk fruit if added sweetness is desired

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Optional: drizzle of nut or seed butter

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
  2. Mix base ingredients in a bowl and spread on baking sheet evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Scatter toppings across the surface.
  4. Freeze flat for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once fully frozen, break into pieces and transfer to a glass container with a lid.
  6. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Eat immediately straight from the freezer.
