Satisfy your sweet tooth, support your metabolism
Serves 6-8 / Prep: 10 min / Freeze: 3-4 hours
Base
Use organic ingredients please
- 2 cups full-fat coconut yogurt, unsweetened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 2-3 drops liquid monk fruit if added sweetness is desired
Toppings
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
- 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Optional: drizzle of nut or seed butter
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
- Mix base ingredients in a bowl and spread on baking sheet evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter toppings across the surface.
- Freeze flat for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.
- Once fully frozen, break into pieces and transfer to a glass container with a lid.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Eat immediately straight from the freezer.
