At Riordan Clinic, we consider our co-learners partners in care. To better support you between visits, we are upgrading our electronic medical record system and transitioning to a new secure patient portal called Healow.
Healow offers a convenient way to stay connected with your care team.
Through the new portal, you will be able to:
- Securely message your care team
- Request prescription refills
- View lab results and visit summaries
- Complete forms and updates
- Manage upcoming appointments
If we have your email address on file, you will receive a secure invitation from Healow after Monday, February 23, 2026, with instructions to activate your account. The invitation will be sent by Riordan Clinic through the Healow platform.
If you do not receive an email, or if you would like assistance, our team is happy to help you activate your account by phone or during your next visit.
Your medical records remain secure and confidential, and your care plan is not changing. Our team remains fully available to support you on your journey to REAL HEALTH.
